Hornets in the Owls box

A couple of weeks ago I was called out to a client in Stratford Upon Avon who had discovered hornets had moved into the owl box.

Not quite the visitor they wanted!

After successfully treating the nest it was removed and is a great example of how the inside of a hornets nest looks.
